Statewood Surgical Solutions warrants that this product is free from defects in workmanship, material and fitness for use for 6 months from initial purchase under normal use for which it was intended and the units are cleaned and disinfected with Steriplex ™ after each use. Statewood Surgical Solution’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective parts of the product. Health regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of Cool Comfort Wrap™ sleeves that have been opened. Cool Comfort Wrap™ Units can be returned for refund within 21 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with their performance or clinical effectiveness.
